Hey folks! This is Paul from VK GARAGE.

Welcome to another Q&A session where I answer questions from y'all on the internet.

Today's question is:

"What's The Average Lifespan of Vehicle Wraps?"

Answer from Paul C

"Yeah. What are uh what are the different lifespans of wrap? Yes. Um uh basically with cast vinyl, you can get between five to eight plus years of that material just because it's the way it's made. It just lasts a lot longer as opposed to calendar. calendar usually lasts around 2 to 3 years and that's you know if you are going to leave the car in the sun pretty much all day and every day. So it really depends also on how you use it and where you store it."

Summary - TLDR

PAUL C explained that cast vinyl is more durable, lasting between five to ten years, while calendared vinyl is more affordable and has a shorter lifespan of two to four years, making it suitable for leased cars, though it offers more color options. The lifespan of both materials can vary based on factors like sun exposure and storage conditions
